This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

This website, thesiliconcourtyard.com and its pages, is operated by Hi-Tech Builders & Promoters, SCF 10, MS Enclave, Dhakauli, Zirakpur, SAS Nagar, Punjab 140603 (“we”, “us”, “our”), for The Silicon Courtyard, a project of MS Landcorp Group.

2. What we collect

Information you give us when you fill in a form, message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us:

• your name and mobile number;
• the budget you are considering and the visit time or video call you prefer;
• anything else you choose to tell us in a message or on a call.

Information collected automatically when you use the website:

• your device and browser type, IP address, and the pages you view;
• the ad or link that brought you to the website (for example, the campaign and ad name);
• information from cookies and similar tools, described in section 5.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, bank or card details, passwords or identity-document numbers through the website.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to you and arrange the site visit or video call you asked for.
• To send you information about The Silicon Courtyard that you have asked for.
• For internal measurement and analysis: to understand which ads and pages work, and to improve them.
• To keep records we are required to keep by law, and to meet requests from authorities where the law requires it.

We use your information on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or contact us. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 8). Withdrawing does not affect anything done before you withdrew.

4. Who we share it with

We may also disclose information where the law, a court or a government authority requires it.

5. Cookies and measurement tools

Our website uses cookies and similar tools from Meta (the Meta Pixel), Google Analytics and Google Ads. They tell us how visitors arrive and what they do on the website, for example whether a form was submitted. We use this for internal measurement and analysis of our ads and website.

You can control these tools by:

• blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings;
• changing your ad preferences with Meta at facebook.com/adpreferences and with Google at adssettings.google.com;
• installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The website works without these cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it or make it anonymous. If you buy a unit, or the law requires us to keep a record for longer, we keep that record for the period required.

7. How we protect it

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information, including limiting access to the staff who need it to respond to you. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we work to protect it and will act promptly if a problem arises.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it, where we are not required by law to keep it;
• stop contacting you, or withdraw your consent;
• let a person you nominate exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.

Write to the Grievance Officer below. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Calls and messages

When you give us your mobile number, we may call you, or message you on WhatsApp or by SMS, about the visit or information you asked for. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling us on the call, replying to the message, or writing to us.

This website is meant for adults considering an investment. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
